Award winning screenwriter and director, as well as a comic book writer, author, actor and cult figure Kevin Smith is coming to Glasgow for his first ever live appearance in Scotland.

This is a rare opportunity for scottish fans to get up close with his unique, uncensored brand of storytelling, interacting with an audience often as familiar with his unusual life as he is.  Smith’s colourful and unchecked stage ‘performance’, entitled ‘An Evening with Kevin Smith’, provides an up close and personal look into the irreverent mind of the talented filmmaker and pop culture connoisseur, and will also include an unreserved audience Q&A.

Kevin Smith, best known for writing and directing such feature films as ‘Clerks’, ‘Dogma’, ‘Mallrats’, ‘Chasing Amy’, ‘Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back’ and more recently ‘Zack and Miri Make a Porno’, is currently working on his next feature, ‘A Couple of Dicks’, starring Bruce Willis.  October will also see the UK release of the long awaited book ‘Shootin’ The Sh*t With Kevin Smith’:  The Best of Smodcast, a follow up to the New York Times bestseller ‘My Boring-Ass Life’.
