Indie-rockers, The Vaccines, have announced one gig in the Glasgow’s Old Fruitmarket in March 2015.
The Vaccines recently released their new album ‘Handsome’ and have announced that they will be playing one gig in Glasgow’s Old Fruitmarket on the 29th of March 2015.
The Vaccines are an English indie rock band, formed in London in 2010.
Considering The Vaccines did only form in 2010, the band has done considerably well with their debut album ‘What Did You Expect from the Vaccines?’ reaching no. 4 in the UK album charts, and the band finishing third in the BBC’s Sound of 2011 poll.
Insuring they won’t ever be described as a one-album wonder, the band hit no. 1 with their second album ‘Come of Age’, their first chart-topper of their career. Brilliant onstage as well as in the studio, the band toured the UK throughout 2012, also performed a massive gig in London’s O2 Arena come May 2013.
Having taken a break to put together some new material, The Vaccines revealed at the end of 2014 that they were finishing off their third album. Releasing new single, Handsome, in January 2015, they also debuted material at a gig in Brighton and have lined-up two gigs in London for Jan and Feb, before they embark on a tour in late March and early April – check below to find The Vaccines tickets through Stereoboard!
