Sheryl Crow is a nine-time grammy winner who has sold more than 35 million albums around the world and will play the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in October 2014.

American singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow first gained attention with her unexpected smash hit single “All I Wanna Do” (from the album “Tuesday Night Music Club”) in the spring of 1994.  Due to the success of this single, the album went on to sell more than 7 million copies in the US and UK, and reaching no. 8 in the UK album charts.

In 1996, her next, self-titled album contained songs about abortion, homelessness and nuclear war, and was a huge success in the UK, going 3 x platinum.  Singles from this album included “If It Makes You Happy”, “A Change Would Do You Good”, “Home” and “Everyday Is A Winding Road”.

Since this time, Crow has released a further 4 studio albums, with her next album, “100 Miles from Memphis” due to be released on the 20th July 2010.

Her music blends rick, folk and pop into one mainstream sound, and throughout her career Sheryl Crow has won nine Grammy awards for her music.
