  1. How long is the performance? I am hoping to have time before an event in the evening so I can attend the matinee tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure on the length of time for the performance itself. Thank you!

    1. Hi Hannah

The performance lasts approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, including one 25 minute interval. I hope you manage to make the performance. It’s a wonderful ballet.

  2. Bought tickets last year but got cancelled due to covid.had an email saying that my tickets would be redone for the snow queen on the 14 /12/22 when will I receive the tickets.

    1. Hi Joyce

As the performance has been rescheduled, you do not need to do anything. You already have an email confirming your booking has been transferred to the new date. Please keep your existing tickets as they will remain valid for the new performance date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please Submit a Request and select “I need help with an existing booking.”. I hope this helps.

  3. I have just made a reservation through ATG and realised I have made a mistake with my email, are you able to help with this?

    1. Hi Adele

Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately this is not something we can help with. You will have to contact ATG Tickets directly. I have linked the “Submit a request” form, under the section “resend confirmation email / resend eTickets / replacement tickets”. If you will out this form, someone will get back to you. I hope this sorts your issue out.
