Fleet Foxes are the Seattle-based indie folk band. They are coming to Glasgow’s O2 Academy for one night only on the 31st August 2022.

Seattle-based indie folk band Fleet Foxes first came onto the scene in 2008 with their self-titled debut album. This brought them widespread acclaim. It also earned them platinum status in the UK, as well as landing them atop numerous year-end best-of lists. 

Their second album, Helplessness Blues, followed in 2011. It reached similar success, going gold in the UK and earning them a Grammy nomination in the US. 

The band has seen several changes to its line-up over the last decade. Founding members Robin Pecknold (lead vocals/guitar), Skyler Skjelset (guitar, mandolin, vocals), Casey Wescott (keyboards, mandolin, vocals) and Christian Wango (bass, guitar) have remained throughout. The line-up is currently completed by Morgan Henderson (woodwind, strings), who joined in 2010.

In May this year, the band made their live return at the Wilma Theatre in Missoula, in which they performed nine songs from new album Crack-Up.
