Canadian hip-hop star Drake is coming to Glasgow. He will the Hydro arena on the 15th March 2014 and will your only chance to see him live in Scotland.

Drake has been going from strength to strength in the hip hop music industry since his arrival on the scene in 2009 with his debut album, ‘So Far Gone’. He would enjoy further success with his two subsequent studio albums, ‘Thank Me later’ and ‘Take Care’.

Drake’s newest album ‘Nothing Was The Same’ is one of the most critically acclaimed and feverishly anticipated new albums of the year, it debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and entered the UK album chart at number 2. The album has already been certified Platinum in the US. The single ‘Hold On, We’re Going Home’ has also recently reached platinum status, meaning that it has sold over one million copies.

Drake will be joined in Glasgow with fellow Canadian and alternative R&B star The Weekend.
