EXTRA DATE ADDED!!!

Alan Carr is heading back on tour in 2015 and has announced three nights in Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium from the 29th to the 31st October 2015!

He’s back! Stand-up comedian, best-selling author and chat show supremo, the lovable Chatty Man and Tooth Fairy himself….. Alan Carr is back on stage in the autumn of 2015 with a brand new live stand-up show, Yap, Yap, Yap!

After a few years rubbing shoulders with A-list celebrities on his very own chat show, multi award-winning Alan Carr returns to his stand-up roots in his first major live comedy tour in four years.

The ever popular comedian will be going on tour in 2015 around the UK and Ireland and will play more than 120 theatre dates as part of his Yap, Yap, Yap! tour between February and December 2015.

The tour will kick off in Weston Super Mare on February 1st 2015 and is currently scheduled to conclude in Derry on December 12th 2015, with 2 night currently planned in the Glasgow Armadillo.

Carr, who broke onto the comedy scene in 2001 when he won the City Life Best Newcomer of the Year and the BBC New Comedy Award, initially became well known for hosting The Friday Night Project with Justin Lee Collins. This led to the release of a short-lived entertainment show Alan Carr’s Celebrity Ding Dong in 2008, and eventually to his hugely popular comedy chat show Alan Carr: Chatty Man, which has been airing since 2009.

Chatty Man, Alan Carr’s comedy chat show, has become massively popular in the UK. It was first aired in 2009, and has now broadcast 11 series and 109 episodes. The show features interviews with celebrity guests, sketches, topical chat and music, and it won the entertainment performance BAFTA in 2010.

Carr performs stand-up regularly, on tour and on television. He has been featured in three Edinburgh shows and has now toured the UK twice: ‘Tooth Fairy Live’ in 2007 and ‘Spexy Beast’ in 2011. He has also been featured in the Royal Variety Performance.

Yap, Yap, Yap! will be Carr’s first full UK tour since his Spexy Beast shows in 2011, which saw him play two nights at The O2 in London.

And he’s ever so kindly bringing it to Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium for not just one, but two nights next October. We know that seems like a long way away, but his show will undoubtedly sell out and you’ll just be kicking yourself if you don’t get tickets now…
