Adele has announced 2 nights in Glasgow’s Hydro Arena as part of her massive UK tour next year!

International superstar Adele has announced a tour for early 2016 and will play the Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena on the 25th and 26th of March 2016! 

Adele is set to embark on a tour of the UK and Europe in early 2016. This is her first tour in 4 years.

The star will start in Belfast next February and visit Dublin, Manchester, London, Glasgow and Birmingham before moving on to mainland Europe.

Tickets for the UK dates go on sale to members of her website on the 1st of December before going on general sale on the 4th of December.

Her third album, 25, sold 737,000 copies in the UK in just the first six days after release, and almost three million in the US over the same time period. It has since gone BPI platinum x4, ARIA platinum x4, BVMI platinum x2 and RMNZ platinum x4, and has reached number 1 in pretty much every country is was released!

Her last tour, in 2011, ended prematurely due to the discovery of a haemorrhage on her vocal cord, which required surgery.

With huge demand expected for her gig tickets this time, her tour website carries a request that purchasers do not sell tickets on for a profit. The name of the lead booker who places the order will be printed on each ticket for this concert. In order to gain entry to the venue, ticket holders will be asked to present government-issued photo ID matching the name printed on their order. This means that each ticket purchaser must enter the concert at the same time as his or her guests. Name changes will not be allowed.
