Scottish indie-rockers, The View, are playing one night in Glasgow’s O2 Academy this winter!

The Scottish indie-rockers from Dundee, The View, have announced one gig in Glasgow’s O2 Academy on the 16th of December 2015.

They reached number 1 in the UK album charts with their debut long player, Hats Off To The Buskers (which sold in excess of 100,000 records in its first week of release) and was nominated for the 2007 Mercury Music Prize. A number of headline dates in followed and a support slot on Primal Scream’s UK tour.

Although never reaching the same commercial success of that first album, the view have released three further studio albums, two of which made the UK top 10 and they remain one of Scotland’s most popular touring bands.
