Platinum selling American Josh Groban brings his pipes to Glasgow this June, his one and only tour date in Scotland in 2016.


The king of operatic pop, Josh Groban, has announced a string of UK dates for spring 2016, with just one date in Scotland at Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium on the 24th of May!

To date, Josh Groban has sold over 25 million records worldwide. He released his now gold-selling album, Stages, earlier this year which reached number 1 in the UK album charts and number 2 in the US, Australia, Canada and Ireland.

With a new album comes a tour, he has just five dates scheduled for the UK in 2016, so you lucky lot in Glasgow have a great chance to see one of the biggest selling acts of the last 1o years!

His debut album, Josh Groban, was released in November 2001. Over the next year Groban became a star, his album went double platinum, he performed  at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo and a specila holiday performance at the Vatican in Rome.

Albums 2 and 3 soon followed in 2003 and 2006 earning him even more success and his first Billboard album charts number 1 with Closer. After a Christmas album in 2007, Groban returned in 2010 and paired up with famed producer Rick Rubin for his fifth studio album, the Americana-informed Illuminations.

Renowned for his show-stealing guest appearances on Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Josh Groban marked the album’s UK release with a performance and interview on The One Show which was followed by a whole host of appearances on UK TV.
