Location:  Clyde Auditorium

Jools Holland is bringing his magnificent rhythm and blues orchestra to Glasgow’s SECC for 2 nights this December.

Founding member of seventies band Squeeze and his work has involved him with many of the biggest names in the contemporary rock and popular music industry, including Sting, David Gilmour and Bono.  Then in 1987, Jools formed The Jools Holland Big Band which consisted of himself and Gilson Lavis from Squeeze. This gradually became his 18-piece Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.

The stunning talents and charisma of Jools, the jazzman, pianist, band leader and television personality are undeniable.  Big name artists fight to perform with him and in the past he has worked with the likes of Tom Jones, Eric Clapton and Kylie Minogue.

Jools Holland gigs tend to be extremely popular, so make sure you get yours!  Or perhaps they’d be a perfect early Christmas present for the parents…
