FFS – the Franz Ferdinand and Sparks supergroup mashup, have announced tour dates with one night in the Glasgow Barrowlands this August!

The brilliantly named FFS, a supergroup formed of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks, have announced a European tour including just a handful of UK shows, with one night in Glasgow’s Barrowlands on the 26th of August 2016!

The unique collaboration between Alex Kapranos’ Scottish Mercury Prize winners and the LA art rock duo have announced details of a number of European shows in the summer as FFS, including one night in London, Glasgow and Manchester.

Apparently first conceived a decade ago, Alex Kapranos, Nick McCarthy, Bob Hardy, Paul Thomson, Ron Mael and Russell Mael have also hinted that they are recording a new album.

The band last played Glasgow in June, headlining the Art School. Tickets for their Barrowlands headline show on 26th August 2015 are on sale Friday 19th June at 9am.
