Tried this restaurant for the first time last week. Had fancied it for a while but never really in the Trongate area. Anyway went out of our way last week and glad we did. Very welcoming atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Food was great, we booked through the 5pm website with 3 tapas each for £9.95 think we saved about £8.00 between the two of us. Staff were helpful and explained the menu. Wine was vey reasonably priced and we hada lovely bottle of Merlot. I would defienetly recommend this place.
Friendliest staff. Lovely food. Great service. Great atmosphere and live music. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
It was a refreshing change to find such a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the heart of the City. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accomodate you. We started with cocktails – very resaonably prices and then moved on to ordering food. We opted for the tapas, ordering 3 each on a table of 4 – it allowed us to try a little of everything the menu had to offer. The food was fantastic – very tasty and well presented. You can sit at the back of the restaurant where it is quieter, but we had our meal at the front bar area – there was music and a certain buzz to the place that immediately made me relax and feel like i belonged.
Great food, selection of drinks and atmosphere – and above all an excellent welcome.
