My first impression of the restaurant was when the door was opened for me on my way into Masaka Jaks by a very smiley and pleasant member of staff.
We were going to have a look at the menu, but the buffet looked really nice so we decided to go for that instead. It was lovely. The food was displayed very nicely, and was absolutely delicious. I tried the chicken tikka butter masala, some tarka dahl and a couple of other dishes. They were very well cooked; in particular the chicken tikka butter masala was extremely tasty. We could have gone up as many times as we wanted, but after a plate of delicious starters and then a plate of everything else I was fit to burst.
I don’t really like buffets all that much; the food is often not cooked particularly well and restaurants don’t seem to take much care over them. But I would recommend Masala Jaks to anyone. And it was very reasonably priced at £9.95 per person.
Yum!
