Australian singer-songwriter Daniel Merriweather is performing in Glasgow for one night only this October.

The boy from Melbourne has come a long way since his high school dropout days and has grown and flourished into an artist of real integrity and talent.

Having collaborated with the likes of Mark Ronson on the 2006/07 smash hit reworking of The Smith’s ‘Stop Me If You’ve Heard This One Before’ and supported Kanye West on tour, Daniel Merriweather is bringing these experiences to his live shows.

His official debut album ‘Love & War’ was released earlier this year, and entered the UK album charts at no. 2.  His live shows will most definitely include the hit singles ‘Change’ and ‘Red’ from this first commercially available album, both of which reached the top 10 in the UK singles chart.  Combined with his previous gigging experience, Daniel Merriweather’s tour is one to watch out for.
