Amy Macdonald will return to Glasgow, playing in the O2 Academy. Tickets now on sale.
The Scottish singer-songwriter will once again grace the stage in the Glasgow Barrowlands with that magnificently gutsy voice and a brilliant set of songs!
Amy’s debut album, This Is The Life, was released on 30 July 2007 and has now sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide. Over the past few years Amy has played shows at music festivals such as Glastonbury, Hyde Park, T in the Park, and the V festival.
Her second studio album was released earlier this year, containing the singles, ‘Don’t Tell Me That It’s Over’, ‘Spark’, and ‘This Pretty Face’. Along with this new material, you’re also bound to hear some of her previous favourites including ‘This is the Life’ and ‘Mr. Rock & Roll’ at the gig!
This is not Amy’s only Gig in Glasgow this year, she led the Tartan Army in singing Flower Of Scotland at Hampden before the national side’s Euro qualifiers against Lichtenstein and will also have the honour when Scotland take on Spain on October 12th 2010.
