Aussie rock legends AC/DC will grace our shores next summer, and will be playing one massive gig in Hampden Park, Glasgow, in June 2015!

AC/DC have confirmed details of three huge stadium gigs in Britain and Ireland next summer.

The band will make their long awaited return to the UK almost six years since their triumphant “Black Ice” World Tour sold out show in 2009/10.

The band are to play at Hampden Park in Glasgow on Sunday 28th June, Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Wednesday 1st July and Wembley Stadium on Saturday 4th July.

The new dates follow the release of AC/DC’s new studio album ‘Rock or Bust’ which is out now.

It was confirmed earlier this year that guitarist and founder of the band, Malcolm Young, is suffering from dementia and therefore will no longer record of play live with the band. ‘Rock Or Bust’ is the first in the group’s 41-year history not to feature the founding member. He has been replaced by his nephew Stevie Young, who previously played with the band on a 1988 US tour.

The scheduling of the shows means it remains possible that AC/DC could headline either the Friday or Saturday nights of the Glastonbury festival. Now wouldn’t that be something to see!!!

Tickets will sell out very quickly for all their gigs, including Glasgow. So make sure you snap yours up quickly.
